SKK GSB has always prioritized students’ career development, providing each student with personalized and customized career services. From the minute students join the program, we are here to help guide them through the many stages of their career search and career enhancement processes. We will provide tailored services including resume clinics and mock-interviews to prepare students and to help them become the most in-demand candidates for both of internships & full-time employment.
Career Development Center (CDC)
MBA students receive tailored career development services that contain self-assessment, career advice, resume clinics, mock interviews, and career workshops. SKK GSB’s systematic approach not only helps MBA students with job placement upon graduation, but also prepares them for life-long career success.
The CDC is designed to help MBA students prepare for their future careers throughout their time at SKK GSB. The Career Committee consists of CDC and current FMBA students and its focus is on career services for FMBA students.
Mission
The Career Development Center (CDC, International Hall B1 9B107) aims to support MBA students’ personal and professional development at SKK GSB in the Republic of Korea, helping them advance to leadership roles in organizations across the globe and beyond.

Director
Ms. Joanne Jang is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources Management in various multinational financial institutions including Deutsch Bank, Allianz, and Schroders. Her background lies in successfully as a strategic business partner, working closely with business leaders and employees to help guide and advise on people solutions such as performance management and career development. Her wide range of knowledge and talents in HR functions will allow her to contribute to identifying MBA students’ strengths, passions, and values more effectively. As a Korean Professional Coach, she can provide not only Career Advisory/Counseling but also Career Coaching for personal and professional aspirations, helping individuals align their careers. Ms. Joanne Jang holds MBA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
Manager
Ms. Hyunkyung Evelyn Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Psychology, which gives her a deep understanding of human behavior. With two years of experience in a national research institute and an additional year in the university's Office of International Affairs, she has expertise in research and working with international students. Evelyn's background in social psychology and her understanding of human behavior make her a valuable asset in assisting MBA students as a manager. She is passionate about guiding students on their career paths and leveraging her insights to help them identify their passions and excel in their chosen fields.
Career Stategy Consultant
Mr. Chris Sotomayor assists global business leaders in securing better job offers and advancing their careers. He finds motivation in his clients' successes and takes pride in witnessing the positive impact his work has on their lives and professional paths. With 27 years of experience as a consultant and coach, Mr. Sotomayor has advised over 3000 global business leaders. He has served as a career and leadership coach for esteemed business schools such as SKK GSB, Kenan-Flagler, and INSEAD, as well as 150 other international colleges and business schools listed on Vault.com. Mr. Chris Sotomayor earned a BA in Philosophy from Harvard University.
Manager, Alumni Relations
As the Alumni Relations Manager at SKK GSB, Ms. Yelim Lee actively cultivates a vibrant alumni community through event engagement and the provision of valuable resources and support. She is a dedicated professional committed to fostering meaningful connections between alumni and their alma mater. With over three years of experience in higher education administration, she has progressively developed her career, starting from supporting faculty and assisting students in their career growth, to her current role. Throughout, she has demonstrated steadfast dedication to nurturing lifelong connections and supporting the success of alumni.
