2020 'Job Hakdasik' Talks with Senior Students' Online and Offline

The business school held a "Job Hak-sik" event to help freshmen who lack a sense of belonging due to Corona19, venturing business administration and human network and preparing for employment for students. The government intends to expand the senior-junior network in schools to the suburbs to increase the royalty of departments and expand the mentoring human network in the future.
It ran for three days from November 2 (Monday) to 4 (Wednesday) and limited the number of offline attendees to 39 or less to comply with the safety class. On November 2 (Monday), Shin Ji-won (Management 11) of the Bank of Korea participated as a financial part, and Shin Jae-hwan (Management 08) of the Samil PWC participated as an accountant part the next day. On the last day, Jeon Ho-jae (Management 08) of NH Nonghyup Bank participated in the banking part and shared work introduction and employment TIP to the students.
Lee Jong-jong, head of the business school, said, "We conducted it online and offline (Hybrid) due to Corona 19, but I hope that vivid and realistic advice from seniors will be of great help to students."
The participating students expressed their feelings through conversations with their seniors, saying, "I learned a little more about my work on the site, and it helped me make specific plans to prepare for employment." In the future, "Job Hakdasik," a conversation with seniors, will be held as an annual event in the department of business administration, and will strengthen the human network by securing royalties for business students and inducing mentoring after graduation.
