[2024 Fall semester Graduation Thesis/Project Expense Support Announcement]

Students who wish to apply should carefully review the following details and submit the necessary documents.

1. Eligibility

- Students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering who have uploaded their presentation materials for the "Online" presentation of their graduation thesis/project in the 2nd semester of 2024.

2. Submission Deadline

- By 23:59 on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 (via email)

3. Submission Email

4. Support Amount

- Up to 100,000 KRW per team
※ Please note that we cannot process payments through invoices, cash receipts, or bank transfers.

Only payments made with the student's personal card will be considered.

5. Support Range

- Thesis: Only conference registration fees are eligible for support (publishing fees or travel expenses are not supported).

- Project: Only pure material costs are eligible for support (books, computer parts are not supported).
※ Support for item purchases will only be possible if prior approval is obtained from the department for the specific item (*Purchases made before April 8, 2024, can be applied for without prior approval from the department)

6. Required Documents

a. Personal Card Statement (Please complete and submit [Form 1] and [Form 2] from the attached file)

b. Submitted Thesis / Project

c. Transaction statement, credit card sales slip (can be issued through the card issuer’s website, not from the card payment history screen)

d. For thesis paper: Conference information / For project: Purchase details, transaction statement

e. Account deposit and withdrawal history screen
