Notice Regarding Research Paper/Project Expense Support for the Spring Semester of 2025

1. 1. Eligibility
   • This support is available for students of the Department of CSE who have uploaded presentation materials for the "online" presentation session of the 2025 Spring Semester Research Thesis/Project.

2. 2. Submission Period
   • Further details regarding the submission period will be announced after the Research Thesis/Project Presentation in May.

4. 4. Support Amount
   • Up to 100,000 KRW per team.
     ※ Note: Invoices, cash receipts, and bank transfers will not be processed.
     • Only payments made with the student's personal card will be considered.
     • 
       
5. 5. Support Scope
   a. For Research Thesis: Only conference registration fees are eligible (publication fees and travel expenses are not supported).
   b. For Projects: Only pure material costs are eligible (books, computer parts are not supported).
   ※ Support for material purchases is only available if prior approval is obtained from the department office.

7. 6. Required Documents
   a. 개인카드사유서 (Please fill out and submit Form 1 and Form 2 from the attached file).
   b. Submitted Research Thesis/Project.
   c. Transaction details or credit card sales receipt (can be issued from the credit card company’s website, not from the payment history page).
   d. For Research Thesis: Conference Information / For Projects: Purchase Details, Transaction Statement.
   e. Bank transaction details screen.
