[Thesis/Project] 2025 Spring Semester Submit oath and proposal / mid report

Students are requested to complete the report using the specified form and submit (upload) it to the system within the deadline.

1. Submission Period:  3/17(Mon) ~ 3/28(Fri) 

* Ensure that the report is filled out using the specified form and uploaded to the system by the due date.

2. Submission File and Target:

A. Oath/Proposal

• - Students with 7 semesters in 2025 Spring semesters (graduating in Feb 2026)
• - Students who appointed an advisor in the Fall semester of 2024 (or earlier)
• 
  
• B. Mid-report
• - Students with 8 semesters in 2025 Spring semesters (graduating in Aug 2025)
• - Students who submitted their oath and proposal in the Fall semester of 2024 (or earlier)
• 
  

3. Application Method:

* Complete the attached form and upload it to the system by 3/28 (Friday)(No deadline extension)

**All submission documents will be electronically signed (system).

After uploading within the deadline, the advisor will review and either approve or return it.

Students whose submissions are rejected should consult with their advisor, make the necessary corrections, and re-upload.

4. Notice:

Failure to submit within the designated period will result in inability to graduate during the scheduled semester. (Punctuality is crucial)

* Even for teams, each member must create and upload individually.

- Attachment 1: Graduation Thesis/Project Submission Form

- Attachment 2: Oath/Proposal and Mid-report Submission Manual.pdf

※ Materials to be submitted for Work/Thesis(Upload required to system)

1) Oath/Proposal: 7th semester

2) Mid-report: 8th semester

3) Final report: 8th semester

4) Results (work file or thesis): 8th semestere

5) Online Presentation Materials (PPT, Thumbnail, video): 8th semester

6) Conference Evidence (*Required for students conducting papers) 

**GitHub will be used for re-evaluation or second evaluation, so information must be uploaded continuously.
