Students who choose to proceed with their graduation evaluation under the "Research Paper(Thesis)" category must present their paper at an external conference and submit proof of the presentation.

1. Submission Deadline: Upload to the Research Thesis/Project System by the final submission period (until Friday, 4/25).

  - If you are unable to submit the "Presentation Confirmation Certificate" within the final submission period, please upload a screenshot of the "Presentation Registration Details" page from the conference website.

  - After your presentation, you must send all the following required documents to the email address of the responsible person (sjy310@skku.edu).

2. Required Documents (Total 3 items):

 1) Presentation Confirmation Certificate

  - Available for issuance on the conference website.

 2) Conference Name Tag Photo

  - A photo of the name tag worn during the conference.

 3) One of the following (ⓐ or ⓑ):

  ⓐ A screenshot of the presentation session list from the conference program booklet showing your affiliation and name.
  ⓑ A screenshot of the conference proceedings showing the conference name, paper title, your affiliation, and name.

(※ Please note that conference proceedings are different from academic journals.)

3. Submission Method:

  - Compile the 3 documents into a single file and upload it to the Research Thesis/Project System.

  - If you are unable to upload due to system errors, submit the documents via email(sjy310@skku.edu) by the deadline.

4. Recommended Prestigious Conferences:

  - The following are recommended prestigious conferences. Please confirm with your advisor if you plan to attend any other conferences:

5. Important Notes:

  - Please check the registration (application) period on the conference website in advance.

  - The external conference presentation proof must be submitted by mid-June at the latest.

  - Both oral and poster presentations are acceptable.
