The 2025 Fall Semester Research Thesis/Project Presentation will be conducted as follows:

▶ Online Presentation (11/26 Wed)

- The presentation will be hosted on a dedicated website where students' presentation videos will be uploaded.

1. Submission Target (=Presenter)

Students who have submitted final materials for their Research Thesis/Project on the 2025 Fall Semester Research Thesis/Project System (including "Re-examination Candidates" who did not pass the advisor's evaluation).

2. Submission Materials

For group projects, one team member should submit the materials on behalf of the team (please include the names and student IDs of all team members in the email).

a. Presentation Video

- Content: A presentation of the thesis/project that the student worked on over the year.

- Duration: 3-5 minutes

- File Type: mp4

- The video may feature the student presenting in person or use a PowerPoint presentation(PPT).

- However, the research content should be clearly visible, and for projects, a demonstration should be included in the video.

b. Thumbnail

- Dimensions: 16:9 aspect ratio

- File Type: JPG

- The thumbnail should either contain the title of the thesis/project or an image that effectively represents the results of the work.

c. Research Field Selection

- Please choose one of the following research fields and include the selected field name in the email body when submitting the materials. The presentation videos will be categorized according to these research fields.

⑦ Interaction / Augmented Reality

⑧ Big Data Analysis

3. Submission Method & Deadline

- Submission Method: Submit via email to sjy310@skku.edu

- Submission Period: 11/17 (Mon) - 11/20 (Thu) 23:59
※ Early submissions are not allowed. Please submit within the designated period.

4. Presentation Event

- Online Presentation Opens: 11/26(Wed) 11:00 AM

5. Additional Information

- Students who do not pass the advisor's evaluation and are designated as "Re-examination Candidates" will be contacted individually after the presentation event.
If a student fails the first re-examination, they must pass a second re-examination. If the second re-examination is also failed, graduation will not be possible.

- Students who have presented their research thesis papers at external conferences must submit relevant documents immediately after the presentation (*see previous notices for details).

- If students fail to submit materials or fail to follow the required procedures, they will be designated as "Re-examination Candidates" regardless of whether they passed the advisor’s evaluation and will be subject to a re-evaluation by the Graduation Evaluation Committee.
