[Academics] [Graduation Requirement] Schedule for the Research Thesis/Project (Spring 2026)

This notice provides the schedule for the Research Thesis/Project, which is part of the graduation evaluation requirement for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
Students who are subject to the Research Thesis/Project requirement are advised to carefully check the schedule and complete all required submissions within the designated period.
■ Research Thesis/Project Subject
- Starting from the student ID of 2022, research Thesis/Projects will no longer be a graduation evaluation item for the CSE Department.
- Only current students are eligible (students on leave of absence cannot participate, but can begin after returning to school).
- For students who begin a leave of absence mid-semester, any materials submitted during that semester will be marked as "not submitted."

■ Research Thesis/Project System
- The submission and evaluation process for the Research Thesis/Projects takes place on the Research Thesis/Project System.

- You need to get approval from your advisor for the documents submitted in the previous stage before you proceed to the next stage.
- For students who are required to submit the Research Thesis/Project Application Form this semester, system accounts will be created only for those who have submitted the application form.
e.g., If your mid-term report is "rejected," you will not be able to submit the final report.
(If rejected, you must resubmit the revised version within the designated period.)
- If you are unable to submit documents within the specified period due to a system error, please send the documents to the email address below.
■ External Conference Presentation Required for Research 'Thesis(Paper)'
- Students working on their thesis must present their thesis at an external conference and submit proof, such as a conference presentation confirmation certificate, within the submission period.
- Please make sure to check the registration and presentation schedules on each conference's website.
■ 'Team' Thesis/Project
- If you are working on a research thesis or project as a team, each member must individually write and submit all required documents.
