1. Submission Period: March 16 (Mon) – March 27 (Fri), 23:59
2. Eligible Students and Required Documents
■ Students required to submit the Oath and Proposal: Students highlighted in yellow in the table below

■ Students required to submit the Midterm Report: Students who submitted a proposal or Research Thesis/Project Application Form in the previous semester
3. Submission Method
All stages of the Research Thesis/Project process(document submission, advisor approval/rejection, etc.) are handled through the Research Thesis/Project System.
- Research Thesis/Project System : http://cs.skku.ac.kr/cssys/login (ID: Student ID / Password: 1111 or the password set by the student)
① Download the attached forms
(Oath Form, Proposal, Midterm Report, etc.) and complete them.
② Log in to the Research Thesis/Project System during the submission period and upload the documents.
(Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions.)
Students who cannot access the system due to a system error should contact the department office(sjy310@skku.edu).
Please check the system in advance, as it may be difficult to respond immediately to inquiries made just before the deadline.
4. Schedule After Submission
Advisor review period for Oath Form, Proposal, and Midterm Report : March 30 (Mon) – April 3 (Fri)
After students upload their documents to the system by March 27 (Fri), their academic advisors will review the uploaded documents and either approve (sign) or reject them in the system.
Students must obtain advisor approval for documents submitted in the previous stage before proceeding to the next stage.
Example: If the midterm report is submitted but rejected, the student cannot submit the final report.
If rejected, students must revise the document based on the advisor’s feedback and resubmit it within the resubmission period.
5. Important Notes
- - Please strictly follow the submission deadline. Failure to submit the documents within the deadline will make it impossible to graduate in the intended semester.
- - Documents can only be submitted during the designated submission period. The system will be closed outside the submission period.
- - Advisor approval (signature) is conducted online through the Research Thesis/Project System, so students do not need to obtain the advisor’s signature directly on the form.
- - For team projects, each team member must complete and upload the documents individually. One member cannot submit the documents on behalf of the team. In the Midterm/Final Report, the sections “Implementation and Result Analysis” and “Conclusion and Reflection” must be written individually by each team member. Even if the research results are the same, students must describe them in their own words.
