[Thesis/Project] Final Thesis/Project Submission Guide (4/13 - 5/1 23:59)
1. Submission Period: 4/13(Mon) - 5/1(Fri) 23:59
※ No extension of deadline is allowed.
※ The notice for the presentation will be announced later.
2. Who should submit:
- Students who have received approval for their midterm report
- Students expected to graduate in August 2026 (including double major students)
- Students on leave of absence are not allowed to proceed with or submit the research thesis project (this also applies to those taking leave during the semester)
3. Submission Method and Required Documents:

- ID: Student number / PW: 1111
a. System Information Confirmation
(※ Even for joint projects, each member must individually input the information)
ⓐ Title of thesis/project
(※ The title of the thesis/project must be entered accurately and must be the same among team members.)
ⓑ Whether it’s a thesis/project
ⓒ Whether it’s an individual/joint project (mandatory)
b. Final Documents Upload
(※ Even for joint projects, each member must individually upload the document)
ⓐ Final Report (attached Designated Form)
- For joint projects, ‘구현 및 결과분석(Implementation and Analysis Result)’ and ‘결과 및 소감(Conclusion and Impression)’ must be written separately by each team member.
- Similar to the midterm report, the professor’s signature will be handled online. Please keep in contact with your professor during the research process for feedback.
ⓑ Research Thesis Paper/Project
- Upload the research Thesis paper/Project file.
- For research projects, uploading is optional (depending on format/length).
However, please confirm with your professor regarding the final result before deciding whether to upload it.
ⓒ PPT for In-School Presentation
- The PPT must be written in the designated format and uploaded. If the format is incorrect or if the content is missing, it will be considered as not submitted.
- File name: Department_StudentName(StudentNumber) (e.g., SoftwareDepartment_HongGilDong(2010123456))
- The template content is a guide. You can make minor adjustments after consulting with your professor.
- Delete any explanation text such as font type, size, etc., after writing.
ⓓ Proof of Conference Presentation (For students conducting research thesis papers only)
- Related notice : [졸업평가] 연구논문 외부학회 발표 증빙서류 제출 관련 안내 (*논문만 해당)
- Paper submissions alone will not be accepted. You must present and submit a certificate of attendance.
- If you are unable to submit the presentation confirmation during the final report submission period, upload a reception screenshot. After presenting, you must email the presentation confirmation certificate.
- All external conference presentations must be completed and official proof of participation must be submitted no later than June 19.

4. Important Notes
a. Failure to submit within the designated period will result in disqualification for graduation (no extensions will be granted).
b. The following documents are mandatory:
- Pledge & Proposal or Research Thesis Application Form
- midterm report (must have been submitted in advance)
- Final submission materials
c. Students currently on a leave of absence and those in their 7th semester (excluding early graduates and transfer students) are not eligible to submit.
→ They must return from leave and submit during the designated period of their graduation semester for evaluation.
d. Double major students whose 2nd or 3rd major is within the College of Software must also submit within the same period.
e. Please ensure that the title of your research project/thesis is written accurately.
