Notice Regarding Research Thesis/Project Expense Support for the Fall Semester of 2025

1. Eligibility

Support is available for students whose primary major is Software or Computer Engineering and who uploaded their presentation materials for the 2025 Fall Semester (2nd semester) Research Thesis/Project Online Presentation.

Restriction: Only expenses paid in the same year as the support application can be reimbursed.

＊ Example: If you submit the application documents in December 2025, only expenses paid in 2025 are eligible. Expenses paid in 2024 are not eligible.

Until December 10, 2025 (Thu), 17:00 by email

4. Support Amount

Up to 100,000 KRW per team.

※ Invoices, cash receipts, and bank transfers are not accepted.

Only payments made with the student’s own personal credit card can be supported.

5. Eligible Expenses

a. Thesis: Only conference registration fees are eligible.

(Publication fees and travel expenses are not supported.)

b. Project: Only pure material costs are eligible.

(Books and computer components are not supported.)

※ For material purchases, support is only available if prior approval from the department was obtained before purchasing.

6. Required Documents

a. 개인카드사유서 (Please fill out and submit Form 1 and Form 2 from the attached file).

b. Submitted Research Thesis/Project.

c. Transaction details or credit card sales receipt (can be issued from the credit card company’s website, not from the payment history page).

d. For Research Thesis: Conference Information / For Projects: Purchase Details, Transaction Statement.

e. Bank transaction details screen.
