Notice of 2025 Fall Semester Grade Disclosure and Grade Appeal Period
I. Key Information and Schedule
1. Grade Disclosure and Appeal Period : December 26 (Fri) 10:00 ~ December 31 (Wed) 23:00
2. Restrictions on Grade Confirmation : Grade viewing will NOT be possible during the grade disclosure period in the following cases :
Note : Grade confirmation and appeal will only be possible on the last day of the grade disclosure period after completing the prerequisite(s).
➀ Failure to participate in the Course Evaluation (Completion of course evaluation for all registered courses is mandatory.)
➁ Failure by a Safety Education mandatory subject to complete the education.
➂ Failure to complete Mandatory Legal Education
* Failure to complete Violence Prevention (Legally Required) Education : Undergraduate students can confirm their grades during the disclosure period only after completing all mandatory legal education (Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence, Disability Awareness, etc.). (Note: Confirmation is available from the day following completion.)
* Failure by International Students to complete Korean Law Understanding Education and Sexual Violence Prevention Education: International students (based on nationality) can confirm their grades during the disclosure period only after completing all required education. (Note: Confirmation is available from the day following completion.)
II. How to View Grades
- Online : Access the Homepage(http://www.skku.edu) → Kingo Portal → GLS → Academics → Academic Records → Select "Current Semester Grade Disclosure" to view grades for registered courses.
- Mobile : Kingo M → GLS → Grades/Academics → Select "Current Semester Grade Disclosure" to view grades for registered courses.
III. Important Notes
- Please be aware that filing a grade appeal for reasons unrelated to the grade evaluation components (such as selection for exchange programs, application for double majors, scholarship retention, or graduation) may be considered an improper solicitation (negative influence/favoritism).
