Implementation of the '2023 SME Digital Marketing Supporters' Program

The Department of Global Business Administration, in collaboration with Professor Kim Ji-Young from the School of Business and NAVER, conducted the '2023 SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) Digital Marketing Supporters' program for students of the Department of Global Business Administration and students of the SCAN Society.
This program started off with the submission of applications, kickoff meetings, online courses on digital marketing/search advertising and expert lectures, project implementation, a final report presentation, and it ended with awards ceremony.
The nine teams selected for the final round discussed and implemented marketing strategies with their assigned companies and presented their results at the final presentation and awards ceremony held on June 12, 2023 (Monday). The final presentation was judged by Kim Yong-Hwan, leader of NAVER Agenda Research, research fellow Oh Yoo-Ra, and Professor Kim Ji-Young from the School of Business. Each team had a 10-minute presentation followed by a Q&A session.
Mr.Kim Yong-Hwan and research fellow Ms.Oh Yoo-Ra who judged the event commented, "We learned a lot from the unique and creative ideas of the students. We are grateful to the students for producing results using innovative and diverse methods that the companies had not considered." Professor Kim Ji-Young, who planned and judged the event, said, "I hope the students found this activity helpful. I will strive to provide more valuable activities for the students
This program offered students the opportunity to gain practical knowledge through digital marketing education and lectures and allowed them to develop and implement customized marketing strategies for their assigned companies. The Department of Global Business Administration plans to continue organizing various activities to provide students with diverse experiences.
