Introduction

The Department of Biopharmaceutical and Regulatory Science offers an integrated curriculum that combines drug discovery and development with regulatory science education, based on a multidisciplinary foundation encompassing life sciences, chemistry, medicinal chemistry, data science, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Students gain hands-on experience in protein structure analysis, medicinal compound synthesis, pharmacological testing, and AI-driven drug design while learning the entire drug development process, from preclinical research to clinical development and regulatory approval. In addition, advanced courses in regulatory science, including ICH guidelines and global regulatory strategies, enable students to develop the skills needed to address regulatory requirements based on scientific evidence.
By integrating research expertise in the complete drug development process with regulatory science, the Department of Biopharmaceutical and Regulatory Science prepares professionals who will strengthen the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and lead innovation in the global market.
Graduates are well prepared for careers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, research institutes, regulatory agencies, and academia.
