The Graduate School of Law (Dean Kim Il-hwan) and the East Asian Institute of Law and Politics (Director Kwon Chul) will invite Atsushi Oomura, honorary professor of Tokyo University (Professor of Law School, Kakushuin University) to give lectures on Japanese studies. The theme of the intensive special lecture is "Heisei Japan as seen by precedent," which carefully selects four rulings of the Japanese Supreme Court and reviews them in comparative law.
This intensive lecture was planned as part of the "Japanese Law Lecture" program opened at our university's law school. Despite the heavy rain on the evening of the 5th due to the approach of Typhoon Hinamno, many students attended and took the lecture, including law school students, master's and doctorate students, undergraduates scheduled to be dispatched abroad, and students participating in the CAMPUS Asia project.
The intensive special lecture will begin on September 5th (Monday) and will be held every evening until September 8th (Thursday) at the high-tech e+ lecture room of the Law School 20206.
