On October 28, 2021, a scholarship delivery ceremony for the second semester of 2021 was held at 11:10 p.m. at the Law Center No. 201 (Kim Young-soo Memorial Hall), and scholarships were delivered to excellent law school students.

The Suil Scholarship is a scholarship starring Seok Soo-kyung (law 73, CEO of Suil Trading and chairman of the Suil Scholarship Association) and has been paid to law school students every semester from the first semester of 2014. In the past, two students were selected and paid 5 million won each, and in the first semester of this year, the entire tuition fee was additionally paid to one person, and from this second semester, the number of beneficiary students will be expanded from the previous two to three. The students for the second semester of 2021 are Ko Kang-hyun (9th), Bae Ji-hee (12th), and Kang Bong-soo (13th).

Kim Il-hwan, dean of the School of Law, Jeong Sang-hyun, and Hyun So-hye attended the event, and Kim delivered the scholarship certificate to the scholarship students with the will of alumni Seok Soo-kyung, refusing to participate in the ceremony.

The three students who received the scholarship thanked them, saying, "It was a great driving force in the difficult situation," and "We will study hard and further donate to society to repay them."
