Ranked No. 1 in Employment Rate among Comprehensive Universities for 10 Consecutive Years
– Achievements Driven by Mentoring and Close Support Across Recruitment Processes Through an Alumni Network

Our university has achieved the No. 1 employment rate for ten consecutive years. According to the 2024 Higher Education Graduates Employment Statistics Survey (2025 Information Disclosure) released via the Higher Education Information Disclosure System (대학알리미), the university recorded an employment rate of 71.3%, ranking first among comprehensive universities with more than 3,000 annual graduates. In addition, the university ranked first in employment retention rate, an indicator of job quality, with 89.2% (based on the 2025 information disclosure, universities with more than 3,000 graduates).
Key factors behind maintaining the top employment rate for ten consecutive years include tailored, intensive career support programs, large-scale job fairs, mentoring and special lectures led by alumni, and specialized programs operated through the University Job Plus Center.
Through programs such as the “Alumni Job Academy,” “Online Mentoring,” and “Alumni Relay Special Lectures,” the university provides students with opportunities to learn firsthand about job roles and industry characteristics from alumni currently working in the field. In addition, programs are offered for each stage of the recruitment process—from document screening to aptitude tests and interviews—to strengthen students’ employment competitiveness.
Each semester, the university hosts a large-scale offline JOB FAIR, inviting approximately 90 companies, providing students with direct opportunities to interact with leading domestic and international employers. In particular, in 2025, career consultations and recruitment briefings tailored to specific academic disciplines were held, drawing participation from more than 5,300 students.
The university also operates the University Job Plus Center, a project overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, employing professional career and employment consultants to provide customized counseling. Through this initiative, the university delivers systematic and differentiated career support services.
Lee Jun-sang, Director of the Student Talent Development Institute, stated:
“We plan to establish an all-career support service that enables underclassmen to explore career paths early and actively prepare for employment. We will also expand our alumni network to build a virtuous cycle and operate mentoring and lecture platforms based on real-world experience, ensuring students receive practical and meaningful support.”
