- Researchers experienced in research related to the digital healthcare industry, including digital therapeutics and electronic pharmaceuticals.
- Researchers with experience in studying the mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases using digital hardware (digital and ICT).
- Researchers who have experience in basic research areas that involve the acquisition of biosignals using various digital medical devices and the use of this data in the diagnosis and prediction of diseases.
- Researchers experienced in developing and researching digital software and hardware related to rehabilitation therapy.
- Researchers with experience in medical device fields that utilize ICT digital technologies, including MRI, EEG, MEG, ultrasound, and fNIRS.

① Overview

   - The meta-analysis and utilization of medical big data plays a crucial role in the modern field of biohealth. Furthermore, the convergence of ICT and medical technology is an emerging field, aided by advancements in innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, enabling more efficient disease prevention, prediction, diagnosis, and treatment.

   - Additionally, understanding comprehensive biohealth, such as systems biology, based on the analysis of various biological data, has become increasingly important. Research in this field also includes digital medicine or healthcare via network analysis within organisms, multi-omics, bioinformatics, and gene ontology.

   - The Department of Metabiohealth aims to recruit talented individuals with expertise in the digital AI field and to invite individuals capable of fostering digital AI experts required in the industry and academia through the hiring of full-time faculty members.

② Qualifications

Candidates who have experience researching at least one of the following specialized areas are eligible to apply:

   - Studies on disease mechanisms, diagnostics, and treatments using big data or AI technology in healthcare.
   - Research on GO/meta analysis using medical data, imaging, omics data, etc.
   - Research on disease mechanisms, diagnostics, and treatments using digital software.
   - Research on disease prevention and/or prediction using digital technology.
   - Biological mechanism studies on tissue development, aging, diseases, etc., through the construction and analysis of human-associated big data.
   - Other subfields in biohealth-related data science, digital AI fundamentals, and applications.
