Payment of tuition
- Tuition payment is an expression of your intention to attend school during that semester. You must register within the prescribed period (February, May (intensive course period), August), and if you do not complete the registration, you will be expelled.
Print tuition bill
- Current students: Print out the tuition bill from GLS and pay it to the designated bank within the payment period
- GLS access → “Registration/Personal Area” → “Tuition Fee” → “Print Tuition Invoice” → Print bill
How to pay tuition
- Virtual account payment: Woori Bank virtual account (registration only)
- Visit to a bank branch: within business hours of all banks nationwide
- Woori Card payment: Woori Card Internet website, Woori Bank branches nationwide, Woori Card call center (1544-9797)
The amount to be deposited must match the amount on the bill to be deposited into the virtual account.
Payment by Woori Card is possible from the second semester. (New students cannot pay with Woori Card in the first semester)
Payment in installments is available only for Woori Bank virtual account, overregistration is only available for Woori Bank virtual account and Woori Card payment
How to check registration results
- GLS access → “Academic/Personal Area” → “Tuition Fee” → “Registration Confirmation/Education Fee Payment Certificate”
University tuition is not subject to cash receipts.
The education fee payment certificate can be used as a receipt for year-end settlement.
Student loan
- Apply through the student loan portal site (www.kosaf.go.kr)

Installment payment
- You can make 2 or 4 installments, but if you do not pay the installment payment by the due date for each installment, it will be expelled and the installment payment already paid will not be returned.
- You can apply for a leave of absence during installment payments after paying the full remaining amount.
- Excluding installment payments: government student loans, recipients of 50% or more scholarships, etc.

Over-registration
- If you do not complete the 45 credits required for graduation during the academic year of the Graduate School of Business, you must register for overtime.
- In case of over-registration, the registration amount varies depending on the number of credits applied for the course. Therefore, you must first complete the course registration, apply for a reduction or exemption from over-registration at GLS, and then print out the tuition bill.
- Registration amount according to course enrollment credits: 3 credits or less: 50% of registration fee, 4 or more credits: 100% of registration fee
- GLS access → “Application/Qualification Management” → “Excess registration reduction/exemption/refund application” → Approval → Print out the tuition bill
For over-registered students, please do not pay tuition during the registration period and register for courses first.
