SKK GSB는 학생들의 경력 개발을 최우선으로 하며 각 학생에게 개인별 맞춤형 경력 서비스를 제공합니다.  우리는 경력개발 프로그램에 참여하는 학생들에게 진로 탐색 및 진로 향상 과정을 안내합니다. 이력서 클리닉 운영 및 모의 면접을 포함한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해 학생들이 재학 중 인턴십, 졸업 후 취업 시 기업이 원하는 최적의 인재가 되도록 합니다. 

커리어 개발 센터(CDC)

MBA 학생들은 자기평가, 경력 상담, 이력서 작성 및 리뷰, 모의 면접 및 커리어 워크숍 등을 포함한 맞춤형 경력 개발 프로그램에 참여할 수 있습니다. SKK GSB 경력개발 센터는 MBA 학생들이 졸업 시 바로 취업을 할 수 있도록 체계적인 경력개발 프로그램을 운영하고, 졸업 이후에도 성공적인 경력을 쌓을 수 있도록 도와줍니다.

SKK GSB Career Development Center(CDC, 국제관 지하 1층 9B107호)는 재학생이 MBA 취득 후 각자의 목표에 따라 경력을 쌓을 수 있도록 지원하고 있습니다. 재학생은 입학과 동시에 정규 교과목(Leadership & Career Development)을 통해 기본 소양을 익히며 필수 경력개발 기술을 익힐 수 있습니다. CDC는 동문 네트워크 및 파트너 기관과 협력해 재학생의 인턴십 기회를 발굴하고 서류검증, 면접 등 단계별 전형을 돕고 있습니다.

SKK GSB의 Career Development Center(CDC)는 전문적으로 MBA 학생들의 개인 맞춤형 커리어 개발에 도움을 줍니다. 또한, 전 세계 조직에서 리더십 역할을 맡을 수 있도록 지원합니다.

Coach Full-Time 학생들이 MBA를 마친 후 개인 맞춤형, 전문적인 경력 개발 지원을 받아 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

장정윤 센터장 

Ms. Joanne Jang is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources Management in various multinational financial institutions including Deutsch Bank, Allianz, and Schroders. Her background lies in successfully as a strategic business partner, working closely with business leaders and employees to help guide and advise on people solutions such as performance management and career development. Her wide range of knowledge and talents in HR functions will allow her to contribute to identifying MBA students’ strengths, passions, and values more effectively. As a Korean Professional Coach, she can provide not only Career Advisory/Counseling but also Career Coaching for personal and professional aspirations, helping individuals align their careers. Ms. Joanne Jang holds MBA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

이현경 매니저 

Ms. Hyunkyung Evelyn Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Psychology, which gives her a deep understanding of human behavior. With two years of experience in a national research institute and an additional year in the university's Office of International Affairs, she has expertise in research and working with international students. Evelyn's background in social psychology and her understanding of human behavior make her a valuable asset in assisting MBA students as a manager. She is passionate about guiding students on their career paths and leveraging her insights to help them identify their passions and excel in their chosen fields.

크리스 소토마이어 컨설턴트 

Mr. Chris Sotomayor assists global business leaders in securing better job offers and advancing their careers. He finds motivation in his clients' successes and takes pride in witnessing the positive impact his work has on their lives and professional paths. With 27 years of experience as a consultant and coach, Mr.          Sotomayor has advised over 3000 global business leaders. He has served as a career and leadership coach for esteemed business schools such as SKK GSB, Kenan-Flagler, and INSEAD, as well as 150 other international colleges and business schools listed on Vault.com. Mr. Chris Sotomayor earned a BA in Philosophy from Harvard University.

이예림 동문 매니저 

As the Alumni Relations Manager at SKK GSB, Ms. Yelim Lee actively cultivates a vibrant alumni community through event engagement and the provision of valuable resources and support. She is a dedicated professional committed to fostering meaningful connections between alumni and their alma mater. With over three years of experience in higher education administration, she has progressively developed her career, starting from supporting faculty and assisting students in their career growth, to her current role. Throughout, she has demonstrated steadfast dedication to nurturing lifelong connections and supporting the success of alumni.
