외국인유학생지원팀에서는 정확한 기록의 관리와 학생들의 편의 향상을 위해 아래와 같은 체류 업무는 비대면으로만 진행을 하오니, 신청에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

업무처리는 신청 이후 최대 3일 정도가 걸릴 수 있으니, 업무 신청이 필요한 학생들은 반드시 자신의 출입국방문 일정을 고려하여 계획적으로 사전에 신청하여주시기 바랍니다. 

※당일 접수 건에 대해서 당일 처리가 어렵습니다.

챌린지스퀘어를 통해 비대면 신청만 가능한 업무(대면 불가)

- 기간 초과 체류 사유서(초과 학기 등록에 대한 확인) 유학생 담당자 서명

- 논문지도 일정에 대한 지도교수 확인서 유학생 담당자 서명

- 시간제취업 확인서 유학생 담당자 서명

- (자과캠)재정유지확인서 유학생 담당자 서명

- 재학생 표준입학허가서 신청

Information on Online Conversion on Applications for International Students
In order to manage accurate records and to improve students' convenience, the Office of International Student Service will only accept the following applications via online using Challenge Square. Please refer to the application.

The processing may take up to three days after the application, so students who need to apply for the work must apply in advance, in consideration of their immigration schedule.

※The application is difficult to be processed on the same day.

Applications that can only be applied through Challenge Square (Online)

- (Undergraduates) Confirmation for Enrollment of Additional Semester

- (Graduates) Confirmation for Faculty Advisor on a Student's Thesis

- Confirmation for Part-time work of Foreign Student

- Statement of Financial Maintenance (Only for Students in Suwon Campus)

- Certificate of Admission for Enrolled Student
