강사: Yuko Kasuya (Keio University) 강의 주제: Political Polarization and Anti-Democratic Attitudes in Asia 강사 소개: Yuko Kasuya is Professor of Political Science in the Faculty of Law at Keio University (Tokyo). Her research focuses on regime transitions, political institutions, and the politics of East and Southeast Asia, with particular emphasis on the Philippines. She holds a Ph.D. in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, an M.A. in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies (Netherlands), and a B.A. in Law from Keio University. Her edited volume, Decolonization and Regime Change in Asia: Historical Origins of Democracy and Dictatorship, is forthcoming from Springer (2026). Her work has appeared in Asian Review, Electoral Studies, Journal of East Asian Studies, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and Party Politics.
