강의 소개:  Dr. James Andrew Lewis is a Distinguished Fellow at the Tech Policy Program of the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). A leading expert on American foreign policy, technology, and global competition, he has shaped critical strategies in cybersecurity, satellite policy, telecommunications, and internet governance. Dr. Lewis was instrumental in drafting the first comprehensive national cybersecurity strategy and played a pivotal role in crafting global norms for responsible state behavior in cyberspace. His distinguished government service includes assignments in Central America, Panama, the Gulf War, and key international negotiations, including the Wassenaar Arrangement. In this special lecture, Dr. Lewis will discuss: (1) American foreign policy for a different world; (2) How has conflict changed; (3) How has cybersecurity changed; (4) What should Korea do.
