2025학년도 반도체융합공학과 신임교원

조건희 교수는 연세대학교 전기전자공학부에서 학사 및 석사학위를 취득한 후, 페어차일드 반도체에서 전력관리 집적회로 설계팀에서 근무하였다. 이후, 미국 텍사스 오스틴 대학교 (University of Texas at Austin) 전기컴퓨터공학부에서 박사학위를 취득하였으며, 박사과정 중에는 Texas Instruments (Dallas, USA)에서 Low power RF 회로 설계팀 인턴 연구원으로 근무하였다. 박사 졸업 이후에는 Qualcomm (Santa Clara, USA)에서 고속 충전용 전력변환 집적회로 설계 팀에서 근무하였다. 2020년부터 경북대학교 전자공학부에서 조교수 및 부교수로 재직하였으며, 2025년 3월 성균관대학교 반도체융합공학과 부교수로 부임하였다.
연구분야는 아날로그 집적회로 (Analog integrated circuits) 및 전력관리 집적회로 (Power management IC) 설계이며, 특히 DC-DC converter, Low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO), high-voltage gate driver, 등에 대한 설계를 중점적으로 연구하고 있다.
