From natural wonders to local market flavors and eco-conscious activities, this is your chance to experience Korea beyond the classroom.

Location Jeju Island, South Korea
Eligibility Open to ISS 2026 students only (First-come, first-served basis)
Fee 550,000 KRW (All-inclusive package; excludes personal expenses (e.g., snacks and shopping))

 

What to Expect

  • Discover the natural beauty of Jeju Island, from serene forests to stunning coastal landscapes.
  • Experience Korea beyond the classroom through visits to iconic sites such as Bunker de Lumières and O’Sulloc Tea Museum, along with dynamic activities like kart racing and other engaging outdoor experiences.
  • Immerse yourself in local culture with a guided walk through Dongmun Market, where tradition meets everyday life.
  • Build meaningful connections with fellow students while creating unforgettable memories in a unique island setting.
  • A 3-day experience designed for exploration, connection, and unforgettable summer moments.

 

 

Day-by-Day Highlights

Day 1 – July 10
  • Arrival in Jeju
  • Explore Bijarim Forest
  • Visit Bunker de Lumières

 

Day 2 – July 11
  • Experience kart racing at 981 Park
  • Visit O’Sulloc Tea Museum
  • Explore Hyeopjae Beach

 

Day 3 – July 12
  • Visit Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak)
  • Explore Dongmun Market
  • Return flight to Seoul

How to Apply

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in ISS 2026
  • Application Period: Applications will remain open until capacity is filled.
  • Selection: Participation will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis for approximately 75 students.

 

 

Notes

  • This is an optional non-credit program organized as part of ISS 2026
  • The program fee includes meals, accommodation, domestic flights, local transportation, and all scheduled activities.
  • The detailed itinerary is subject to change due to weather or local circumstances
  • Program fee of 550,000 KRW must be paid via Flywire upon selection confirmation. (Please note that the participation fee is non-refundable once confirmed.)

IMPORTANT:A separate cultural activity (K-Art Experience) is scheduled on July 10 (Fri) for ISS students who do not participate in the Jeju program. Students participating in the Jeju trip will not be eligible for this activity.
