환불정책  Refund Policy

• 수강신청 기간 내에 취소 신청 :  전액 환불 

• 수강신청 기간 이후 취소 신청 : (Academic WISE/Explore Korea) 신청비 100,000원을 제외하고 환불

• 개강 이후 취소 신청: 환불 불가

• Cancellation within the course registration period : full refund
• Cancellation after the course registration period : (Academic WISE/Explore Korea) Refund except application fee of 100,000 KRW,  (IKL) Non-refundable
• Cancellation after semester starts: Non-refundable

환불신청  Refund Request

To receive a refund, students must submit a Refund Request Form to the SKKU WISE Office via email (wiseoffice@skku.edu).

• Please send an email entitled "Refund Request" to wiseoffice@skku.edu. Once the email is received, we will reply back with the Refund Request Form attached.
• Complete the Refund Request Form and send it back to us and the refund process will begin.
• Please be advised that additional bank and postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are issued to the bank account provided in your Refund Request Form. It will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of the request.
