Graduate School of Business Scholarship Fund Delivery Ceremony held

Graduate School of Business Alumni Association(Chairman Kim Jin-ki) visited the president's office on the 19th(Wed) and announced that they had delivered 400 million won in the「Graduate School of Business Scholarship Fund」
The fund was entrusted to universities by the alumni association of the Graduate School of Business to facilitate fund management as well as promote donations and expand funds with scholarships that have been collected by meaningful people since 2009.
The fund delivery ceremony was attended by President Shin Dong-ryul, Executive Director Joo Young-soo, Vice President Cho Jun-mo, Vice President Park Seon-kyu, Corporate Director Lee Dong-hwan, College of Business Dean Ahn Hee-joon, and External Relations Director Ji Seong-wo. And at the Graduate School of Business Alumni Association, Chairman Kim Jin-ki(CEO of Seji Co., Ltd.), Honarary Chairman Oh Yu-sik(Director of International University, Inc. Hanna In-pyo), Advisor Lee Woo-heon(CEO of Com&S Co., Ltd.), Senior Vice President Jeon Yong-ju(HashSnap/Hyundai Accounting Co., Ltd.) and Secretary General Sa Dong-seon(CEO of Gorgers) attended and made the event shine
President Shin Dong-ryul said in a welcoming speech, "I deeply appreciate the love of my alma mater and junior colleagues of the Graduate School of Management, and the second management hall, the long-cherished desire of managers, is set to start construction in November this year. We ask for greater interest and contribution from alumni of business schools." he said.
Chairman Kim Jin-ki said in his commemorative address, "Thank you for inviting me to a meaningful event to entrust the scholarship fund to the school with several distinguished guests today in fine weather. In the past, I donated tens of millions of won to the school because I always thought about contributing to society, even though I studied belatedly due to difficult circumstances, but I will donate even harder to match 100 million. In addition, I will expand support for students in financial difficulties through continuous donations."
Honorary Chairman Oh Yoo-sik said, "I am deeply moved to have a meaningful event. We will continue to take the initiative in the development of schools." he said.
Advisor Lee Woo-heon said, "As the president mentioned the lack of research funds for professors in the humanities, including business schools, I will provide an opportunity to support research funds through the company. Take advantage of the experience of the 10-year president of the alumni association of the Graduate School of English, we will encourage anyone to participate in donations and make efforts for the development of the school in the future." he said.
Jeon Yong-joo, executive vice chairman of the company, said, "I am grateful to Chairman Lee Woo-heon for his sacrificial efforts. I am very happy that Chairman Kim Jin-ki's decision has come to fruition as our long-cherished goal of entrusted management of the fund to schools has been resolved today. I will encourage and participate in more donations. In addition, since the scholarship will be fully covered by the national scholarship in the future, I will pay more attention and publicize it to expand the faculty research fund and the school development fund."
