아자유는 식물성 기름으로써 식품, 세제와 같은 생활용품 제조에 널리 쓰이는 물질입니다. 그리고 바이오디젤의 중요한 공급 원료이기도 합니다. 정제 과정에 따라서 야자유의 색은 빨간색, 붉은색 또는 하얀색을 띄는데 정제되는 동안 색을 결정하는 카로틴이 야자유에서 제거되면 제거 될 수록 색이 점점 옅어 집니다. 이 어플리케이션에서는 각각 다른 색을 띄는 야자유 샘플을 Combusion IC를 이용하여 chlorine과 sulfur를 분석합니다.
