Determination of drug concentration in the biological samples after drug administration and pharmacokinetic data interpretations are essential processes for the new drug development and drug evaluation. There are various endogenous substances in the biological samples, and analytical technologies for analyzing drugs in the biological samples require particular specificity and selectivity different from general analytical technologies. This course will provide how to quantitatively determine the concentration of drugs in various samples, especially biological samples. In addition, this course will also provide a method for pharmacokinetic analysis of drug using the time course of drug concentration in the biological sample. This course is a convergence course of Analytical chemistry and Pharmacokinetics and will introduce students how to increase the value of the data obtained from both fields by interdisciplinary interpretation. | |||||||||
