Admission selection

Many factors are considered in the selection process, but the primary areas are : (1) Study plan, (2) Academic grade-point average, and (3) Oral test.

1. Study Plan (30%)

Evaluation of 5 grades considering topics such as 'applicant's scholastic ability', 'motivation and objectives of application', future research plan' and etc...

2. Grades from all the colleges attended (30%)

Grade of bachelors to M. S. applicants and that of M. S. course to Ph. D. applicants will be evaluated, the level of all colleges attended will be considered.

3. Oral Test (40%)
  • Evaluation to be split into topics such as 'interests', 'aptitudes', 'potentialities' and etc. in English
  • Preparations for oral test
    • Applicants for M. S. : self-introduction and study plan in English
    • Applicants for Ph. D. : self-introduction, study plan and certificates for applicants' Research abilities and experiences to be explained in English
