SKKU raises students to develop their abilities to put their theories into practice and address social welfare problems. In the hope of that, SKKU has emphasized on-the-job training programs based on the basic knowledge of social welfare.
Recently, Korean society has gone through radical changes in globalization, polarization, low fertility rates and family disorganization. It is also time to make changes in the field of social welfare. Social Welfare Policy
In modern society, the government has considered scientific approaches to the enactment of social welfare policies. In this regard, this course will provide students with the opportunity to learn in depth, the principles of social welfare.
Social Welfare Practice
Under the conviction of a “Person-in-environment Perspective" this course delivers to students, practical knowledge that they can make the best use of while undergoing on the job experience. Also, students and skilled workers can share useful information and knowledge under the direction of professors, by co-researching specific subjects.
