9. frequently asked questions
Q) Scholarships are said to be given to enrolled students, but if a student receives a scholarship and takes a general leave of absence, do I have to return the scholarship?
A) Basically, scholarships are only given to enrolled students, so in case of general leave of absence, not military leave of absence, it is a principle to return scholarships.
However, students can get a partial or full refund of their tuition fees depending on the period of time they attended by taking a leave of absence, but the refundable tuition varies depending on how much the student attended after the semester began. However, the scholarship that a student should receive is a fixed amount of scholarship regardless of the type of scholarship. (It is not as proportional as attending school.)
From the perspective of students who receive scholarships and take a leave of absence, they can get it back if they are "tuition to get a refund" - "Scholars to Return" > 0, and if the "Scholars to Return" is larger, if they do not actually return it, the application for leave of absence itself will not be approved.
