Phenomenology is the philosophical movement and method. It was developed by E. Husserl at the beginning of 20th century, followed by Heidegger, Sartre and Merleau-Ponty. It is one of the most important current which has enabled contemporary German and French philosophy to rise. In this course the historical process in which the phenomenology has been built is to be studied and its characteristics are to be clarified deeply.
